Background:
Arie started playing violin at the age of 3 as part of the Suzuki Method. He later studied
under Dr. Alfred Garson and Professor Maurizio Fuks, and was later accepted at the
Conservatory of Music of Quebec. At the age of 16, Arie began his guitar training. He
is currently a student of Alex Skolnick (ex-Testament, ex-Savatage, Trans-siberian
Orchestra).
Arie is also the original founder of Quo Vadis. As vocalist and lead guitarist of the group,
he recorded three QV albums, as well as the 1995 demo, and a song for the Noel dans la
Rue III compilation. Arie wrote and recorded most of the Quo Vadis music, vocals and solos
up until his departure in 2002.
Arie is also a graduate from several Canadian Universities in the fields of Law and
Biology. He is currently pursuing a career in law. |
