Variations sur une base chromatique. Un ciel à l’horizon rouge-orange, passant au vert pâle. Des arbres de plus en plus stylisés s’affichent dans un environnement irréel.

À travers ces tableaux, la recherche d’une luminosité, d’un chatoiement de la couleur, par la construction de textures dans les empâtements de la peinture.

Variations on a chromatic theme. A sky of deep red-orange at the horizon, fading up to a pale green. Increasingly stylised trees standing out in an surreal setting.

Through these paintings, the ongoing search for a luminosity, a shimmering glow of the colours in the built up layers of paint.
