In 1751 Lazare Bolley arrived in Quebec City as a soldier in the colonial troups. On November 14, 1757 he married Marie Lanclus. I invite you to learn about a branch of this Bolley family (now known as: Beaulé).

Lazare Bolley, son of Laurent Bolley and Marguerite Bertheau, was born in Semuur-en-Auxois (Bourgogne) January 13, 1734. To know some more about him I invite you to visit the official site of his descendants.

On November 14, 1757, he married Marie Lanclus daughter of Pierre Lanclus and Charlotte Chandonné. From this marriage, only one son, named Jacques, was born.
