Augustin Beaulé
1791 - 1878

Sixth child and fifth son of Jacques Bolley and Rosalie Boulet, Augustin is the first descendant of Lazare to live his entire life at the same place. We find him at St. Henri de Levis.

On the baptismal records for the parish of St. Henri dated November 14, 1791 we find the name spelled "Bolé". Later the name Beaulé will be established.

On August 7, 1821 he married Geneviève Rouleau at this same parish. They will have eleven children(Augustin, Geneviève, Étiene, Alexandre, Marie-Anne, Marie-Ursule, Anasthasie, Honoré, Célina, Marguerite-Olympe, Angèle).

According to the parish census of 1832, he is listed among the farmers of the "Rang Trait Carré", a neighbor to his brother Jacques' blacksmith shop.
