Paultre Ligonde PH.D. is licensed in Psychotherapy and Guidance Counselling in the province of Québec, Canada, as a member of the ORDER of Counsellors of Québec. He received his Ph.D. in Criminology from the Université de Montréal in 1970 and is certified biofeedback therapist by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America (Senior Fellow Emeritus BCIA). |
Dr. Ligonde has been full professor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada, for a period of 23 years after a practice of psychotherapy in a psychiatric hospital in Saskatchewan, the CHILD guidance CLINIC OF greater Winnipeg, for the Canadian penitentiary Services, and for a school board in Laval, Québec. Professor Ligonde is the author of the book published in french : "Se contrôler par le biofeedback", Éditions de l'homme, 1983. Another book on tips about the practice of biofeedback will be coming soon, in french, in 1997.
He is the author of psychometric tests adaptations for the goverment of Canada and the government of Québec; he is the author of Le test d'équivalence scolaire and Le test d'habelité scolaire, published at the Institute of Psychological research in Montréal (1967). Dr. Ligonde is in the practice of Biofeedback since 1976. He has a private practice in Laval, Québec and at the Centre de services Psychologiques et organisationnels at Trois-Rivières.
