Accomplishments

Through his life Eugene has accomplished many things he as invented tools raised two children survived the war, learned how to parachute and how to send and receive messages in Morse code. He helped save the world from Hitler and he survived. These are only some of Eugene's many accomplishments. 

 

FATHER

Eugene and Margaret had two children Bruce and Maureen. Maureen was mentally handicapped but they loved her as much as they would any other child. He was a good father and is very proud of his son Bruce.

Carpenter

Eugene bought a summer cottage in Hudson which, he renovated into a three bedroom house. for his family. At the same time he also renovated the house across the street. Huge Howard is the child sized marionette that Eugene carved.

 

Soldier

 Eugene Forward volunteered for the army during World War II. Serving in the First Special Service Force. He learned to ski, transmit messages with Morse code and he received his parachuting wings. During combat he was promoted to sergeant. He was wounded three times and he received eight medals of recognition.
