To avoid unnecessary delays which can affect delivery, please include the following information on your Purchase Order:

• Your P.O. number
• Part number(s)
• Drawing revision letter(s) (when applicable), including any change notices (EO, AEPO, ECO, etc.)
• Quantity of each part number
• Serial number(s) (when applicable)
• Prime contractor name (when applicable)
• Prime contractor reference or P.O. number (when applicable)
• Base material description (material specification)
• Base material condition (hardness heat treat condition)
• Process or Test required, including:
  • Copy of drawing and/or sketches
  • Work order number and/or fabrication outlines
  • Treatment specifications
  • Specific instructions (i.e. masking, handling, packaging, shipping, etc.)
    
    
    

  Attention: Some processes (shot peening and processing of critical aerospace parts) require prime contractor's approvals. Advanced P.O. is recommended in order to avoid delays in processing.
