I have been working in the Training field (instructor led and elearning) for more than 12 years. I am a member of the Microsoft NGC Advisory council (Next Generation Content). During the last 5 years, I have focused my work on 4 specific sectors: Work Organization, Information Management, Operation Management and Project Management. I have developed the ability to elaborate and to integrate IT tools into the planning and the realization of a project.

I have worked in the public sector (Grammar school), in the private sector (IT Training Centres) as well as in the international development sector (World Bank and CECI) as a consultant/instructor in the Management / Communication / IT field. I am capable of working in very diversified and complex environments.  

I am fluent in French, English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Furthermore, I express criticism with logic and sensitivity and rally collaborators to a global vision.
