USEFUL INFORMATION

Arrival time:

The rooms are ready starting at 04:00 PM. We ask our distinguished guests to arrive between 04:00 PM and 06:00 PM.

Departure time:

Rooms must normally be liberated by 11:30 AM.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served from 08:00 AM to 09:30 AM.

Occupation policy:

The rooms lodge a maximum of two (2) persons (age is not taken into consideration).

Guest room :

The guestroom is equiped with a fireplace. You will find books and magazines, as well as the menus of good restaurants on Orleans Island.

Cancellation policy:

All reservations may be cancelled without charge 10 days or more prior to arrival date.

A cancellation fee of 25% is applied to all cancellations done less than ten (10) days and more than one (1) day prior to arrival date.

For cancellations done less than one (1) day prior to arrival date the cancellation fee is 100% . The same fee applies to "no shows".

To make a reservation, we recommend that you contact us by E-mail or by telephone in order to confirm our availabilities. We will also gladly answer your questions regarding our facilities, our services and our policies.

We accept VISA credit cards
and Travelers cheques, as well as cash money.

NO SMOKING
policy :

At "A la Dauphinelle" B&B , smoking is not accepted anywhere (NEITHER INSIDE, NOR OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE). Smokers who cannot resist the urge, are invited to do so at a good distance from the property. A "health walk" in the village would be appropriate.

From Quebec City, take Hwy 40 toward Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre. Exit at Ile d'Orleans. Cross the bridge and at the first traffic light, turn right toward Sainte-Petronille. Drive 5,3 kilometers (3.5 miles).
