OpenOffice (ODT)

Obtain OpenOffice OpenDocument Text is an open document format (standard ISO/IEC DIS 26300).

OpenOffice is a suite of productivity programs similar to Office from Microsoft. Writer is the word processor included in the suite which reads *.odt, *.sxw and Microsoft Write *.doc files.

Download for free the OpenOffice suite by clicking on the icon. The license of OpenOffice does not bind you to anything since it is open source.

Portable Document Format (PDF)

Get Acrobat Reader Portable Document Format (PDF) is an open document format.

Download for free the Acrobat Reader by clicking on the icon. The license of Acrobat Reader does not bind you to anything, except for some minor clauses concerning copyrights and other.

From Acrobat Reader, one can read, search and print the C.V. as any other PDF document.

Note that most Linux distributions come with evince and xpdf to screen PDF files.

Microsoft Word

Information about Microsort Word Microsoft Word is a popular word processor. You can purchase it online or in most computer store.

Rich Text Format (RTF) is an open document format which most word processors can read.

Word Pad distributed with MS-Windows can read RTF documents.
