Remember, you are free in thoughts and words.

Remember to have no constrictions in life, be they clothing, lifestyle, or state of being. All constrictions have adverse effects on the soul. Such things as bigotry, tight clothing, mongomay, etc. are hazardous to the soul and are to be shunned.

Remember to learn something new every day of your life except when you feel lazy. Just say know while never ignoring that ignorance is bliss.

Remember to not solicit faith. Propagate, instigate and reproduce yourself but no solicitation.

Remember, nobody does it bitter. If it smells like fish, eat it.
