**THE CREATION**
When God wanted to create the Horses, he called
the southwind, took a handfull of it, created the horse and said:

**MAHOMET'S MARES**
Mahomet had set up camp by the river. In an enclosure near him, he kept
many mares from drinking for many days. When finally he let them go, they all run towards the river. That's when Mahomet sounded the
recall. The herd kept running except five mares that, giving up their need to drink
came back toward their master whinning. From those mares came the five great strains.
