3rd Period - Coronations 1936-1937

The death of George V, followed the same year by the abdication of Edward VIII and the accesion to the Throne by George VI created an array  of commemorative items by the English, German and even Canadian china and pottery manufacturers.The same moulds and patterns were used times and again to create new ware for the Canadian market to celebrate the events of 1936 and 1937.
