3rd Period - German and Czechoslovakian Production During the 1st World War, the export of heraldic china from Central Europe declined sharply. During the 1930s, new souvenirs and utility ware produced in Germany and Czechoslovakia appeared on the Canadian market, mostly adorned with the 1923-1957 version of the arms of Canada inscribed underneath "Dominion of Canada".
