4th Period - Major Canadian Historical and National Events

Canada's Centennial celebrations of 1967 along with  Expo 67, the Montreal Olympic Games in 1976, the patriation of the Constitution in 1982, the Calgary Olympic Winter Games in 1988  as well as several provincial Centennials and other memorable events which marked the history of Canada were recorded in heraldic china. Manufacturers in England, Germany, Japan and also in Canada produced an array of souvenir items to mark these momentous occasions.
