Gaetan
has been involved in Oracle HRMS implementation projects since 2001.
He’s contributed with HR managers and professionals in
various
roles : team leader, solution expert, functional architech, trainer,
business processes analyst and solution designer. His
knowledge
of the HRMS suite combined with his technical skills, his HR
degree and his previous HR management experiences provides him with the
unique capability of effectively interacting and communicating with all
levels of business.
He specializes in Self-Service, Advanced Benefits, Learning
Management, Performance Management, iRecuitment, Compensation Worbench
and Payroll. He enjoys
being involved in functional architecture assignments and having a
contribution in project management.
