Mr Plouffe is an existential-humanist and psychodynamic psychotherapist practicing in downtown Montreal. His approach is grounded in Gestalt and object-relations. This involves a dialogue that helps the client get in touch with emotions and create meaning. A sound basis for dynamic life choices.

Mr Plouffe’s fields of specialization include bereavement, depression, relationship problems and crises stemming from life stages. He also offers group intervention and conferences on parenting, family and conjugal relationships, sexual identity and body image. He is a member of the Quebec Professional Order of Social Workers since 1990. His clients include:
