Made of delicate white clay from the Quebec City region, Lorteau's figurines are entirely hand fabricated and hand painted. I have always loved dolls and I have developed for the past 15 years, a very personal style which results in the final product you may now appreciate.

I try to express most sincerely my feelings through the realisation of my figurines. I am continually looking for new ideas which lead me toward various subjects such as:
maternity, couples, family, ethnic groups, etc.
