Our level of fitness will play a
major role in how well we deal with the cold.
Good, strong circulation will make as much
difference as it does to an engine's cooling
system. An older cooling system (ie more scale
buildup etc) will be less effective than a new
system. Same with our bodies. Just something we
need to consider and factor in. Also,
medical conditions that affect circulation such
as diabetes also play a role. Know yourself and
establish reasonable goals.
