Heat Exhaustion
This is a strange situation.

Your body is overheating. Your brain recruits your sweat glands to secrete a lot of sweat in an attempt to reduce the heat. The sweat is there, but the heat never arrives. Your body’s circulatory system is no longer effective in transferring heat to skin surface. So you find yourself with moist or wet skin that feels cool, while your core overheats.
