Before
anyone begins to wonder, this
section is not about the hot
weather in Canada. Though we
might get 4-5 weeks of
temperatures above 100F +
humidity, it never gets that hot
anywhere in Canada.
This section is about
temperatures that I've
experienced when touring in the
American South West.It deals
with extreme hot weather riding
for long-distance-type rides. For
example, riding a full day in
high heat.
Like when I crossed the Mojave
desert mid-summer and temps were
115-119F.
Of course, the tips work for
lower temps too!
