Henrieta's Hospitality Home (Bay St. George, Newfoundland)
(sometimes referred to as Henrietta's Hospitality Home)

  • large rooms

  • available large inside garage

  • laundry facilities

  • computer with internet access available

General impressions:

Henrieta's Hospitality Home faces Bay St. George. It is run as a bed and breakfast by a local family in what used to be a convent. This is a fairly sized building offering 10 large rooms. Individuals who are are more comfortable in larger accomodations will find this particularly appealing.

Of note: There is a big inside garage. In case of foul weather, or to keep your bike more secure at night, you can ride in, take off your luggage, and access your room from the inside. A nice feature when dealing with rain.

During my stay, I found the rates very reasonable. They include a full hot breakfast. Everything about this house is big, including the breakfast area. Given the ten rooms, you can expect to share breakfast conversation with an eclectic and interesting mix of travelers.
