Lighthouse Restaurant (Woody Point, Newfoundland)

The Lighthouse Restaurant is located down main street in Woody Point, facing Bonne Bay.

Features:

• a regular menu including seafood

• annexed to an ice cream parlor on one side and a museum of local artifact on the other.

General impressions:

I found the Lighthouse Restaurant to be a nice place to stop for light meals or dinner. The menu offers simple and good fare at reasonable prices. You can choose a window-side table facing Bonne Bay. This is not a high traffic restaurant with the accompanying hustle and bustle. So it was relaxing to sit down, read a little, think over my day. I also walked over to the museum, directly accessible from the inside to browse a bit while waiting for my order.
