Chase
Harper: Dry Bags motorcycle
luggage product review
Anyone who does any sort
of distance touring will inevitably spend
a fair amount of time riding in the rain.
Being prepared to deal with rain,
sometimes persistent, goes a long way to
making the ride more pleasant.
Over time, we tend to
acumulate a variety of motorcycle
gear-related items. Some turn out to be
very useful, some less so.
The Chase Harper Dry Bags
are a perfect example of the useful kind.
I use a Dry Bag in my tank bag as well as
a couple in my main luggage. Makes things
so much better when I've been in the rain
all day.
Getting something in my
tankbag is no longer a tedious affair of
having to deal with plastic bags. I just
open the Dry Bag, get what I need, roll
the edge and clip the plastic buckle. No
worries.
In this case, wateproof
also means airtight. This allows me to
separate laundry items (and their aromas)
from clean clothes. Quite effective. A
good addition to a motorcycle luggage
system.
