He was born on June 30th 1810 and was baptised on July 1st in Rigaud. His godparents were François Plouffe & Louise Paquet, Louis LeNegre's widow. There was a note saying that he was the son of Jacque Robertson Négre, who was absent at the baptism. He married Rosalie Villeneuve on April 23rd 1838 in St.Andrews. A note saying that he was the son of late James Robisson was found in the register. I found records indicating they had at least nine children. They lived in L'Orignal in Ontario.
