    First email submission (Plenary)

*        Deadline for First email submission of Application Form and

(email only, in Rich Text Format: *.rtf) submission of full papers : April 25, 2005. 

*         Deadline for Congress (full) registration fee (First email Submission; only accepted papers) - May 5, 2005 :

          325 Canadian $ or 260 US $

each presentation and publication of one 8-pages (at most) paper only;

         for each additional paper, a new full registration fee will be paid.

    Second email submission (Plenary)

*         Deadline for Second email submission of Application Form and (email only, in Rich Text Format: *.rtf) submission of full papers : May 25, 2005.

*         Deadline for Congress (full) registration fee (Second email Submission; only accepted papers) - June 5, 2005:

           375 Canadian $ or 300 US $

each presentation and publication of one 8-pages (at most) paper only;

          for each additional paper, a new full registration fee will be paid.

For each supplementary page, a 50 Canadian $ or 40 US $ charge will be paid.

Selected Additional Sessions 2005

       Selected Additional Sessions (minimum three accepted papers for each session, in Rich Text Format .rtf):      2005congress3_SelectedSession@montrealtech.org

*        Deadline for (email only) submission of Application Form and

(email only, in Rich Text Format: *.rtf) submission of full papers:        May 25, 2005.

*        Deadline for Congress (full) registration fee (only accepted sessions) - June 5, 2005:

            325 Canadian $ or 260 US $

each presentation and publication of one 8-pages (at most) paper only;

        for each additional paper, a new full registration fee will be paid.

For each supplementary page, a 50 Canadian $ or 40 US $ charge will be paid.

After the registration of minimum three papers in the respective selected additional session [deadline for Congress registration fee (only accepted sessions) - May 25, 2005], the organizer (registration fee paid before May 30, 2005) may present one free paper (presentation and publication) and so on.

NON-author participants

           Deadline for email submission of Application Form - May31, 2005:

                Deadline for Congress (full) registration fee, for NON-author participants - June 5, 2005 :

                250 Canadian $ or 200 US $ for each NON-author.

Cancellation.

*    A refund request will be treated only if it is submitted by a postal letter (no email !), postmarked before May 26, 2005, under a cancellation fee of 90 Canadian $ or 72 US $ .
