Since poeple withdraw even if we have a gentleman agrement, we ask for a 30% deposit.

This amount is not refundable and the booking will be effective when we will received the payment.

PayPal is our preferred payment method. By submitting your email address, we will send you a PayPal invoice. The payment process is clearly explained by PayPal.

If an equipment is broken due to something other than normal usage , you will be responsible for repair costs.

Arrival time is 15h00, and we ask you to leave the apartment at 10h00.

There is many apartment in this building. Respect and tranquillity of this other tenants is essential.

The height of the ceiling is 1,95 m (6.5 feet)

Renting cost included : The apartment, furnitures, household electrical appliances, electricity, heating, tv, bedding, household linen, household products.

New : High speed Internet Connexion included.

Note : Phone is not included.

Renting will give you access to the apartment for the duration paid.

You have to take care of this apartment to be able to leave it as clean as you found it.

If you do not repesct thoses basic rules, you will be evicted without refund.
