The PC I use to run my emulators is a Athlon 1.0 gig with 512 meg of sdram memory. My motherboard is a Asus A7v133.
I use for sound a soundblaster live PCI card. I have 2 hard disk, one Quantum 40 gig and one Western Digital 80 gig.
I use a Asus 64 meg video card to drive with the svideo output a 21 inch Sharp TV. Its a little blurry but its an old TV.
Dont know if it could change something if it was a new one but surely a little bit.
Like you can see on this shot :  I have a 14 inch monitor in the cab. Its to help view some small text or else when I reinstall Windows ;) I decide not to put the hole box case and just screw the motherboard on the inside. I put some brackets to old down the video and PCI cards. I taken apart on old atx case to get a support for the cdrom, 3 1/2 disk drive and the hard disks. I installed a 18 inch neon in the markee place. As you can see in this shot :  You also see under the markee a control for my 2 speakers that lies in the markee place. Its from some cheap speakers that I dismounted and keep only the controls. Theres a cool blue light on the controls. I use a 12 volt car relay so when I open my cab, the markee open to :) maybe Ill do this one day for the TV to but for now its only the markee light. Behind the cab there is a switch to close the markee light. Look the picture its white almost on top at the right :  |
