Spend some quality time in our luxurious modern house with 5 air-conditioned rooms and an in-ground swimming pool in a very quiet area.

WHO ARE FANNY ET MAXIME?
They are two of seven adorable grandchildren.
Visit our rooms and suite to meet the other five.

Our Facilities:

	* Swimming pool (16 x 32 ft) (5 x 10 m) for your enjoyment (towels included)
	* Full breakfast served on the patio (weather permitting)
	* Patio available to prepare and eat lunch and dinner.
	* In a residential area with very light traffic
	* Two living rooms, each with a fireplace, cable tv, free TMN channels, VCR with movies.
	* Four bedrooms and a suite), each with a complete bathroom

Free	* Daily newspapers in English & French. A variety of current magazines: Canadian Business, People, Chatelaine, Reader's Digest.
Free	* Bicycles provided by La Maison du Vélo (Hull sector) and stored in a secure location for the duration of your trip.

Open year round, with special rates for long-term visitors. There is an average 6-month waiting period for parking in Hull center town in the government/business district. We have negotiated daily/weekly/monthly reduced rates at13 downtown parking locations, with no waiting period whatsoever.
