PRESENTATION

Hello,
My name is Christine LeRoyer, my passion is to conceive and to create cakes and imaginative decorations. I was inspired by my own wedding cake, in the year 2000, and from there, to make my first steps towards the adventure in the world of the cake. At the beginning, I experimented with my own techniques, afterward; I was to take some advanced classes to perfect my techniques.

Since, I discovered that the sugar is the perfect medium in which I can express my creations and original ideas. Whether it is a 3D cake, a couple of bridegrooms, magnificent structures in pulled / blown sugar or beautiful flowers in gumpaste, all will be made with attention and love.
