Cancellation:
- Reservation Deposit of 50% is non-refundable if cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival
- 100% of stay will be charged for no-shows and early departure

- Your luggage may be left on the premises in the case of an early arrival
- Smoking is not permitted on the premises
- Animals are forbidden on the premises
- Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at noon
