October 26, 2004 Veena is serialised as an online comic! Yes, Veena is now an online comic. Beginning October 20th 2004, and continuing a few time each week, the adventures of Veena will be available on a special site. Keenspace is a free webhosting and site automation service for webcomics and will be the online home for my comic. I plan to put the complete stories of Veena there for you to read. So, if you never saw the comic book and were curious but never dared to buy it online, you will have the opportunity to discover it. |

This is how "Friends of Lulu" , an american nonprofit organization whose purpose is to promote and encourage female readership and participation in the comic book industry, describe the Veena book. Their review board read and recommend or dismiss comic book based on their appeal to women and/or children. The goal is to build a list of recommended material that comic and book shop can trust and order from. |
