NEW PREMISES
The reconstruction plan for 131, rue du Port has been approved by municipal authorities and by the ministry of Culture. It includes: • doubling the present area of the building with the addition of 3 floors that will bring back the original shape. • space for commercial tenants at the ground floor and basement, a loft at the second floor, up to 9 studio-like apartments in 3 new floors and a terrace on the roof.
