Here are my few flash games optimized for Pocket PCs:

duck 1.31 (Duck hunt... has been converted from a previous desktop version, it is pretty hard for Pocket PCs)
pong 0.8 (Some kind of air hockey game, the physics could be improved)
wwbd 2.5 (A fighting game, my favorite, use the joystick to attack and move or the stylus to move)
flash_3d (For speed test only, belongs to another website)
